Sada Baby is released after his mugshot goes viral and alleges that he is being targeted.
Sada Baby, born Casada Sorrell, was arrested Tuesday, April 8, in connection to an arrest that happened back in January where he was initially stopped for improper tint on his vehicle’s windows. Sterling Heights police officers ran his truck’s plate and discovered an outstanding warrant. He had been charged with driving while unlicensed for three years. As they searched his vehicle, back in January, they discovered a possible illegal substance that needed to be tested for verification.
Sada Baby resolved the initial charge for driving unlicensed as he pled guilty to the lesser charge of failure to display a license and a $200 fine on March 28. Yet, another warrant was issued for him last Friday as the test results came back from the substance found in the rapper’s truck and he is charged with narcotics possession of less than 25 grams.
According to Sada, he was arrested in front of his home and even upon release from Macomb County Jail, feels that he is being targeted due to the results of January’s case.
